CHP Champions

CHP Champions is a partnership between Capital Health Plan, the Titus Sports Academy, Leon County Public Schools and World Class Schools. The CHP Champions program is an opportunity to invigorate students and strengthen our schools and community. It’s based upon having fun with fitness and learning healthy habits that students will carry with them for a long time.

World Class Schools is the administrative and fiscal agent for the CHP Champions program that will help address Leon County Schools’ wellness policy.

Raa Middle School students participate in CHP Champions program
