Rickard's Book Club

James S. Rickards High School and World Class Schools of Leon County, Inc. are proud to partner together for the Reading Raiders Book Club.

All Rickard students are eligible to participate in this after-school book club.
This is an exciting opportunity for students to read and share his/her ideas about award-winning literature written especially for young adults.

World Class Schools of Leon County, Inc. has provided the Reading Raiders Book Club books and snacks for the meetings.

Once a student has received the book, we encourage him/her to keep notes on the reading log to share about what he/she is reading. This helps him/her to feel more comfortable sharing feelings and ideas with the group.

We are nthusiastic about the opportunity to have students join the Rickards Book Club.

Participation for each book discussion is limited to twenty-four students. For more information, contact Mrs. Ivy Watkins.
